It seems that North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard has several nice hotels and this is on the east side of Fort Lauderdale across from the Atlantic Ocean. Right around the corner is the historic Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. Stay on North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard and it turns into N. Atlantic Blvd., which has Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. The park has picnic areas as well as winterfest water parade and segway tours.

On the south side of town you will find more Hotels in Fort Lauderdale Florida. On 17th Street there are several nice Hotels in Fort Lauderdale Florida to stay in. These hotels are not too far from the airport. On SE 24th Street there are a couple more Hotels in Fort Lauderdale Florida to stay in. These hotels are a little closer to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. S P Snyder Park is across the street from the airport.
