So what's the deal with Fort Walton?
We've been seeing a good bit of commercials featuring Fort Walton Beach hotels. It was one of the few cities that were featured by name during the oil spill fiasco last year.
But other than that, Fort Walton is not nearly as well know as its close-by, Panhandle counterpart, Panama City Beach.
But Fort Walton should be better well-known than it is. It has amazing white-sand beaches. Beautiful hotels and resorts. Easy waves that won't knock you down once you enter the water, and wake that will keep you busy skimming across the sand.
Catch a tan, go get some sushi, kick back and relax with an ice-cold Corona on the beach.
Whatever your fancy, Fort Walton Beach hotels are a great place to stay. Wherever you choose to stay in Fort Walton, you'll enjoy every minute of it. Just remember to take your swim trunks - we dare you to try and stay out of the water. You won't be able to resist.
